• 4-6 years of experience
• Graduate

Roles and Responsibilities

Analyze vast amount of data using dashboards/ data visualization techniques

Analyze trends, predict impact on KPIs, and provide accurate forecasting.

Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of anomalies detected for any underlying performance issues.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvements and make recommendations to improve performance.

Manage implementation of new programs for workforce/ capacity planning and scheduling

Data

Required

• Over 5 years of customer service experience, including managing multiple phone lines and handling ticket-related communications in a Command Center environment.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Data Entry and advanced use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Skilled in advanced data analytics, visualization, and storytelling, complemented by knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and related methodologies.
• Expertise in data visualization and analytics, with hands-on experience using tools such as SQL, Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.
